STRA-SD and Share San Diego have united to form the NEW San Diego Short-Term Rental Alliance!

We are excited to announce that the Short-Term Rental Alliance of San Diego and Share San Diego have joined forces to bring our entire short-term rental community into one powerhouse group. The new San Diego STRA is a group of responsible short-term rental hosts and managers, staff, contractors, local businesses, real estate professionals, and others who rely on the value that private accommodations bring to our city. We believe in fair regulations and balanced solutions, collaboration with all local stakeholders, and continued learning and understanding for the betterment of all.
What does this mean for you?
- Your subscription from STRA-SD will transfer to our new group automatically, so simply stay subscribed to this list to continue receiving updates
- We’ll continue to email you periodically with news and alerts from City Hall, as well as other helpful information, invitations to member events, and new member resources
- You’ll see familiar faces from both previous boards leading the new alliance
