SD STRA Reaches out To City Council for Clarity Around STRO Implementation
Ahead of the February City Council vote, we submitted a letter to City Council asking a number of questions that must be determined before implementing the lottery permit process. We will continue to work to seek answers to these questions in addition to making ourselves available to work with the City on this process.

On Tuesday, Feb. 1, City Council voted 8–1 to amend the STRO implementation date to allow for full review and certification from the California Coastal Commission.
