The deadline to apply for short-term residential occupancy (STRO) licenses for Tier 3 and 4 is coming up on Wednesday, Nov. 30 at 5 p.m. Licenses will be required, starting May 1, 2023, to operate a dwelling unit in the City of San Diego.
